The Winfield Master-Planned Community is located within the city limits of League City, Texas, 30 miles southeast of Downtown Houston. The Project is entirely located within Galveston County MUD No. 69.
The Project is being developed by Hines.
The Project is anticipated to include 1,471 single-family detached homes, 8.7-acres of commercial development, a 26-acre school site, and parks, trails, and a recreation center.
At the time of issuance:
39% of lots were under contract with third-party homebuilders and $11.1M of non-refundable earnest money had been deposited by the homebuilders.
Hines had received LOIs for the remaining lots in the Project.
