  • The project is being developed by MA Partners.
  • At full build out, the project is anticipated to include 1,004 single-family detached homes, 142 units of multi-family, and 13.6-acres of commercial development. The project also includes a new elementary school which is anticipated to open for the 2027-2028 school year.
  • At the time of issuance:
    • 28% of the lots were finished.
    • 61% of lots were sold or under contract with third-party homebuilders.
    • 1% of the homes were complete or under vertical construction.
    • 21% of the reimbursable budget had been spent with $22.5M of reimbursable costs currently outstanding to the Developer.
