Mesa Vista is a 178-acre planned single-family residential development located in the City of Houston. Mesa Vista is located entirely within Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 589.
The project is being developed by Windy Hill Development.
At full build out, Mesa Vista is anticipated to include 674 single-family detached residential units.
At the time of issuance:
52% of the lots were under horizontal construction.
100% of the residential lots were contracted with Lennar Homes.
$4.8M of non-refundable earnest money had been deposited.
