Maplewood Springs is being developed by Ridgewood Development.
The Development is anticipated to include 1,202 single-family detached homes and 124 acres of open space across multiple phases. Construction on the public infrastructure commenced in Q1 2025.
At the time of issuance:
33% of lots were either finished or under horizontal construction.
99% of lots were under contract with Lennar, 8% of which were closed.
13% of the total reimbursable budget had been spent with $5.7mm of eligible costs outstanding and owed to the Developer.
