The Legacy Hills project is a 3,211-acre mixed-use development located in the City of Celina, Collin County, Texas. At full build-out, the project is anticipated to include 6,882 single-family residential units, 4,100 multi-family units and several amenity centers.
The project is being developed by Centurion American Development Group.
Within the District is the Single Family Defined Area No. 1 (“Single Family Defined Area”) which includes 1,422-acres and 5,882 single family units. Only the units within the Single Family Defined Area are pledged for repayment of the Series 2024A-1 Bonds.
At time of issuance, 75% of the Single Family Defined Area was closed with third-party homebuilders with the remaining 25% subject to PSA. Vertical construction was anticipated to commence in 2024.
