Indian Springs is a 138-acre residential master-planned community located within the City of Houston, Texas, approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Houston. Indian Springs is entirely located within Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 544.
The project is being developed by Windy Hill Development.
At full build out, Indian Springs is anticipated to include 600 single-family residential units and various community amenities.
At the time of issuance:
100% of the single-family lots were under contract with multiple third-party homebuilders.
$5.2M in eligible reimbursable expenses had been incurred and were currently outstanding to the Developer.
