Fair Meadows is a planned single-family home development located ~39 miles southwest of downtown Houston in unincorporated Fort Bend County. The 746-acre Development is located entirely within Fort Bend County MUD No. 256.
The Development is anticipated to include 781 single-family detached residences, parks, creeks, recreation areas, a splash pad, and open space through five phases.
Fair Meadows is being developed by Rooted Development.
At the time of issuance:
100% of the lots were under contract for sale to Smith Douglas Homes, Empire Homes, and CastleRockwith $4.9M of earnest money deposited;
0% of the lots were finished;
0% of the units were complete or under construction;
