  • Double L Ranch is a 514-acre primarily residential development located 25 miles southwest of downtown Austin and 2 miles north of Dripping Springs. The project is part of the larger Double L Ranch community, however, only the 514-acre portion is relevant to the bonds.
  • The project is being developed by Trend Development.
  • The project is anticipated to include 630 single-family detached homes, 7-acres of commercial development, pools, playgrounds, trails, and a fitness center. The project is adjacent to and has trail access to Dripping Springs Elementary School.
  • At the time of issuance:
    • 39% of lots were under horizontal construction.
    • 75% of lots were sold or under contract with third-party homebuilders.
    • 83% of the reimbursable budget had been spent with $20.9M of reimbursable costs currently outstanding to the Developer.
