Capital Creek Ranch is a 1,426-acre master-planned residential development located within unincorporated San Jacinto County. The Project is entirely located within San Jacinto County Municipal Utility District No. 15.
The Project is being developed by Capital Creek Ranch LLC which is primarily managed by Harry Klein.
At full build out, the Project is anticipated to include 455 custom single-family detached homes on multi-acre lots along with various community amenities including three 20-acre lakes, a community center, walking trails, and proximity to Sam Houston National Forest.
At the time of issuance:
49% of the lots were finished or under horizontal development.
33% of the lots were sold or under PSA to end users.
1% of the units were complete or under vertical construction.
