Bollinger is a 333-acre residential master-planned community located within unincorporated Caldwell County, Texas, approximately 32 miles southeast of Austin. Bollinger is entirely located within Bollinger Municipal Utility District.
The project is being developed by Ranch Road Development.
At full build out, Bollinger is anticipated to include 982 single-family residential units and various community amenities.
At the time of issuance:
38% of the single-family lots were under contract with third-party homebuilders.
$7.1M in reimbursable expenses had been incurred and were currently outstanding to the Developer.
